Byfords knitwear on Blackbird Road which was demolished to make way for a health club, many people came down to the site and some asked for a brick for a keep sake as many Leicester people worked there when the knitwear trade was booming.

 

The Gaiety Theatre where John Merrick the elephant man performed

Richard Roberts a 5 storey knitwear factory on Vaughan Way is now a block of luxury flats.

High Cross Street job centre which has made way for a casino.

AEUW Building on Vaughan Way which is going to be linked to the shires.

Part of the Towers Hospital on Gypsy Lane which is to be more housing.

Charles Street Police Station City Centre also to make way for more housing needs and Civil Servants Building.
